Mass Email:
A tool for officers to facilitate sending mass
emails to one or more classes of membership (e.g., Flag, Honorary,
Associate, Active Military, or all together) as needed.
Mailing Labels:
Similar to Mass Emails, but for postal mail.
Members' Section:
Quick access to the Members' section without the
need to enter the separate Members' password. Club Records;
Digital Archives; Roster; Board Minutes; &
Reservation Form are located in the Members'
section.
Documents
Comprehensive listing of Documents utilized by the SLYC for
administration of Club activities, including running Board Meetings,
Officers Responsibilities, Club Events, Racing, etc.
Database:
Access to the database for the Secretary. The
database drives mass email lists, mail lists, rosters, etc.
