You can create labels from the Website by selecting one of the label options below, and copying and then pasting into a word processor (preferably Word.) You will need 1"x2-5/8" 30/sheet address labels such as Avery Ink Jet #8160 or Avery Laser #5160. Before printing labels you may need to align the labels in the document. Unfortunately, not all browsers, word processors, or printers are created equal. So, a trial and error approach is necessary.

Notes for 'Bulk Mail' users (200 or more)
Current Postal Regulations require sorting labels in two groups: SLO county and outside SLO county when utilizing Bulk Mailing (200 or more.) We typically use the Achievement House for bulk mailing, utilizing their bulk mailing permit. Unsorted mailing labels will require sorting by the Achievement House at a cost of $.07 per label (times 200+ labels = $14+). Using the sorted labels will satisfy the sorting requirements and avoid the sorting fee.
Accordingly, the 'flag+honorary+associate+active military' and 'flag+honorary' labels (typically each consists of more than 200 labels) have subsets divided between SLO County and outside SLO County. By printing the subsets, you have all applicable members in SLO county in one set, and remaining members outside SLO County in the second set. Typically, less than 30 members reside outside of SLO County
